自由飞行的实施能够增加空中飞行的流量,但增大了飞行冲突发生的可能性。为此,三维空间中考虑了CNS性能、速度分布、防撞系统及人为因素对碰撞风险的影响,建立碰撞风险模型来计算最小安全间距。当飞机之间接近最小安全间距时,为确保航空器的飞行安全,必须对飞机进行解脱,提出了空中转盘式立交桥的构想,用于自由飞行下的冲突解脱。
The implementation of free flight can increase the air flow,but increases the likelihood of flight conflict. Therefore,considering the performance of the CNS,velocity distribution,collision avoidance systems,and human factors affecting the risk of collisionn in the three- dimensional space,bulid the collision risk model to calculate the minimum safety distance. When approaching the minimum safety between aircrafts,in order to ensure flight safety,the conflict must be relieived,put forward the idea of air rotary overpass.
