采用一步法制备高稳定的油基Fe3O4磁性流体。Fe3O4磁性纳米粒呈反尖晶石型、平均粒径为10-15nm。磁性流体的磁性强,磁化率为6.5×10^-4,饱和磁化强度为21emu/g。测定了磁性流体在重力场、磁场、以及高温下的稳定性,以及在外加磁场下的流变特性。结果表明该磁性流体具有良好的稳定性,其流变特性可以用Herschel—Bulkley模型描述。
Super stable oil-based magnetic fluid was prepared by a one - step method . Inverse spinel magnetic nanoparticles with a mean diameter of 10 - 15 nm were obtained. The susceptibility and the saturation magnetization of the magnetic fluid was 6.5×10^-4 and 21 emu/g, respectively. The mag- netic fluid showed excellent stability under gravity, magnetic field and high temperature. The theo- logical properties can be changed obviously under applied magnet field and can be described using the Herschel-Bulkley model.
