近年来,微波辅助化学反应的研究得到了广泛的关注。而国内普遍使用的改造后的微波炉加热本身存在加热效率低,温度不均匀等问题,为了改善微波炉加热均匀性,本文从馈源的角度出发,提出一种经过优化的两端口微波结构。以水作为加热对象,通过COMSOL仿真两端口微波炉结构在功率为500W的情况下加热250mL的水180s的过程,并将该优化两端口结构与家用微波炉比较,仿真结果显示,优化两端口结构的加热均匀性提高了11.23%,并且加热效率提高了20.14%。
Microwave assisted chemical reaction is increasingly studied in recent years. But the modified domestic microwave oven still has some problems, such as non-uniform temperature distribution, low power efficiency and so on. From the view of feeding system, an optimized microwave oven with two sources is proposed to solve these problems. In this study, water is used as heating load. By modeling the process of heating 250 ml water for 180 s with a power of 500 W based on COMSOL software, and compa- ring it with that from domestic microwave oven, it is showed that, by the use of the optimized microwave oven, the heating efficiently increases 20. 14%0 and temperature uniformity increases 11. 23%0 under the same power conditions.
