电机作为一种常见的电力驱动装置,广泛应用于航空航天、工业自动化、家用电器等场合.随着应用范围的扩展及研究的深入,开关磁阻电机、永磁同步电机、无刷直流电机等新型电机相继被提出.这些电机的控制均离不开转子位置信息.位置传感器是工程中最常用的转子位置检测装置,其环境适应性及检测精度将直接影响电机控制的各项性能.对目前应用较广的位置传感器归纳总结,阐述其工作原理.通过对各类传感器特性的分析探讨其应用场合,并对发展趋势进行了展望,以期对电机位置传感器的选用及研究提供参考.
As a common electrical drive devices,motors are widely used in aerospace,industrial automation,home appliances and other occasions.With the expansion of research,switched reluctance motors,permanent magnet synchronous motors,brushless DC motors and other new types of motors have been proposed.These motors cannot work without rotor position signal.Rotor position sensor is the most commonly used device to detect rotor position,and the accuracy and environmental adaptability will directly affect the performance of system.This paper summarizes several types of sensors and elaborates their operating principles.Finally,applications and development trends of position sensors are discussed in order to provide a reference for selection and research of the motor position sensors.
