三相四桥臂逆变器因其具有良好的带不平衡负载能力而受到各国学者的广泛研究。设计合理的相电感、输出滤波电容及中线电感能使三相四桥臂逆变器输出较好的波形。针对现有三相四桥臂逆变器输出滤波器体积大、滤波效果差等问题,基于谐波注入的控制方法,提出了输出滤波器优化设计的方法。采用理论分析并结合Saber软件仿真的方法对相电感、输出滤波电容和中线电感分别进行了设计。实验研制了一台原理样机验证了该设计方法的可行性。
Three-phase four-leg inverter is studied by scholars of each country because it has the excellent ability to supply unbalanced loads.The inverter outputs better waveform based on the reasonable design of phase inductance, filtering capacitance and neutral inductance.In view of the problems about output filter for three-phase four-leg invert- er, such as the large volume and the poor filtering effect, this paper puts forward the method for optimal design of the output filter based on the control method of harmonic injection.Combining the method of theoretical analysis with the simulation of Saber software, phase inductance, filtering capacitance and neutral inductance are designed respectively. The proposed strategy is verified in a prototype.
