目的探讨止哮平喘颗粒治疗小儿哮喘发作期（热性哮喘）的疗效,探索该药治疗哮喘作用机制,为临床治疗该病提供有效的纯中药制剂。方法通过收集哮喘发作期患儿共60例,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组应用止哮平喘颗粒口服治疗,对照组应用小儿哮咳喘胶囊口服治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为90%,治疗组哮鸣音消失时间（4.02±0.537）天,对照组哮鸣音消失时间（6.37±0.341）天,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组哮鸣音消失时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论止哮平喘颗粒治疗治疗小儿哮喘发作期疗效确切。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhixiao Pingchuan granule in treating pediatric asthma episodes（asthma of heat type） and its mechanisms for treatment of asthma, and provide new kind of effective preparation for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods through the collection of children with asthma attack stage 60 cases, and they were randomly divided into treatment group with30 cases and control group with 30 cases. The treatment group took orally Zhixiao Pingchuan granule. The control group took orally Xiaoer Xiaokechuan capsule. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3 % and 90%, respectively. The disappearing time wheezing sound of the treatment group and the control group were（ 4.02 ＋ 0.537） days（ 6.37 ＋ 0.341） days, re-spectively. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical signif-icance（P 0.05）. The disappearing time wheezing sound of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Zhixiao Pingchuan granule in treating infantile asthma during attack stage had definite effect.
