Six DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis） models are introduced in the environmental efficiency measure literature. After comparing the characteristics and defects of dealing with undesirable output, using 43 enterprisesr data in Anhui Province, we analyze and explain the difference among the results. Measurement results show that only the slacks-based measure （SBM） model can distinguish differences from each other in environmental efficiency measurement.
