提出了一种新型同轴毫米波扩展互作用振荡器,并采用MAGIC粒子模拟软件对其进行数值模拟,分析了工作参数对输出功率的影响,获得了工作参数的优化值。模拟结果表明该器件在8mm波段能产生频谱特性良好的功率为17.5kW的微波输出。
A new type of coaxial millimeter - wave extended interaction oscillator is developed. The MAGIC particle simulation software is uesd to investigate the dependence of the output power on the operation parameters and the optimum operation parameters for the device are obtained. The simulation results show that this device can generate microwave power of 17.5 kW in 8 mm wave band.
