合成并通过真空升华提纯得到了一种高纯度的8-羟基喹啉类有机金属配合物GaMq2Cl,通过^1HNMR、元素分析确定其结构,研究了配合物的热稳定性能,通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱分析GaMq2Cl的能带结构。实验结果表明,GaMq2Cl分解温度为348℃;GaMq2Cl在紫外光的激发下,在二甲亚砜溶液体系中的荧光发射峰在511nm处,为蓝绿色荧光,色纯度高,荧光量子效率高,禁带宽度3.09eV;其粉末为发射峰在471nm处,半高宽(FWHM)86.2nm的蓝绿光发射。
Herein a higher purity 8-hydroxyquinoline organic metal complex, GaMq2Cl, was synthesized and purilied by vacuum sublimation. Its structure, thermal stability and energy band structure were investigated by 1 HNMR, elemental analysis, TG analysis, UV-vis absorption spectra, fluorescent emission spectra and PL spectra. Experimental results show that the complex was a thermally stable material, with decomposition temperature being 348℃. GaMq2Cl consists of two 2-methyl-8-hydroxyquinoline ligands and one chlorin atom as well as one aluminum atom. Its UV absorption bands were at about 265 and 361 nm,its DMSO solution emitted intensive blue-green fluorescence at peak wavelength of 511nm. The absorption band at about 265nm can be assigned to π- π" of phenyl ring. Its optical gap was about 3.09eV,as determined by intrinsic absorption band edge of the complex in DMSO solution. Under UV excitation at 365nm, the complex in film emitted blue-green fluorescence with the maximum emission peak at 511nm in PL spectra.
