含可再生能源的微网的兴起,使大量随机性、间歇性的电源高渗透率接入电网,对电网的安全稳定运行带来巨大影响。针对多个微网接入电网的情况,文章提出了多微网与配网的联合调度模式,分别考虑系统网损、负荷波动和微网运行经济性,建立了联合运行的双层优化模型。仿真结果表明,合理调度并入配网的多个微网并管控微网中微源,能够平抑可再生能源波动性,降低配网网损,减小负荷方差水平,实现削峰填谷,并且保证微网运行经济性。
With the rise of renewable energy micro-grids and a large number of random and inter- mittent power connected to grid with high penetration, there is a tremendous impact on safe and sta- ble operation of the grid. According to the situation of multiple micro-grids connected to grid, a scheme, which considers network loss, load fluctuations and economy of micro-grid, is introduced for joint dispatching of micro-grid and distribution network and a new bi-level optimization model is presented. The simulation result shows that reasonable dispatching and energy management system (EMS) of micro-grid not only reduces network loss and smoothes the load curve, but also improves utilization rate of renewable energy generation and ensures micro-grid operation economy.
