根据影响输电网安全的多种因素,建立了由电网、调度运行及运行方式、继电保护、通信及调度自动化和电气一次设备等因素构成的评价指标体系。运用因子分析法对指标体系进行了分析和约简,通过神经网络的非线性映射和自学习能力构建了输电网的神经网络安全评价模型。实例验证结果表明,采用因子分析和神经网络结合的方法对输电网的安全状况进行综合评价,减少了评价指标的数量,降低了传统评价方法的主观性,提高了评价结果的客观性和科学性。
According to variety of factors impacting safety of transmission grid, an assessment system constructed by power network, dispatching and operation modes, protective relaying, communication and dispatching automation as well as primary equipments is built. By means of factor analysis, the analysis and reduction of index system is carried out; by means of nonlinear mapping and self-study ability of neural network, a neural network based safety assessment model for transmission grid is constructed. Case study based verification shows that applying the method that integrates factor analysis with neural network to comprehensive assessment of transmission grid safety can reduce the number of evaluation index and the subjectivity of traditional assessment methods, meanwhile the rationality and objectivity of assessment results are improved.
