文章主要研究单探测器的偏振光学相干层析系统(Polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography,PS-OCT)的成像信噪比,探索不同系统结构对系统信噪比的影响。文章分析并比较使用差分探测器和非差分探测器的三种单探测器PS-OCT系统结构,推导出各系统结构下的信噪比表达式。在此基础上,仿真不同系统参数对这三种单探测器PS-OCT系统信噪比的影响。对比相同系统参数下,不同结构的单探测器PS-OCT系统信噪比值,分析其获得最佳信噪比的条件,最终得出结论:三种不同结构的系统中,在系统参数相同的情况下,使用差分探测器的对称结构单探测器偏振OCT系统可以实现最高信噪比。
The paper studied the effect of system schematic on the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in single-detector polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT). Three different schematics of single-detector PS-OCT were introduced, either using balanced detector or unbalanced detector. And the SNR expression for each schematic was deduced. The paper simulated the influence of system parameters on SNR in single-detector PS-OCT with different schematic, and compared the SNR of single-detector PS-OCT with same system parameters but different schematic. The results approve the SNR advantage of symmetric single-detector PS-OCT with balanced detector among the three systems studied.
