Six compounds including two new alkaloids were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma cochlear. Their structures were identified as ganocochlearine A （1）,ganocochlearine B （2）,2,3-dihydro-4（1H）-quinolone （3）, 8-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-4（1H）-quinolone （4）,fornicatin A （5） and （3S,6S）-3-[（1′S）-1-methylpropyl]-6（phenylmethyl）-piperazine-2,5-dione （6）,respectively by means of spectroscopic methods.Among these,compounds 1 and 2 were new alkaloids.
