采用固相自引发基团置换法结合高温焙烧制备了亚μm级的LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料。研究了热处理气氛、烧结时间对材料结构及性能的影响。研究结果表明在空气氛围下900℃焙烧20h制备的LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料具有最佳的电化学性能。
Submicron - sized LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode materials were synthesized using a simple self- propagating solid- state metathesis method with the help of ball milling and the following calcination. The effects of calcination atmosphere and time on the structure and electrochemical characteristics of prepared LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 samples were systemically studied. The research results showed that calcination at 900℃ in air atmosphere for 20h could obtain the LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 material with optimal electrochemical characteristics.
