针对化疗药物配制机器人进行药物配制时的时效性和安全性要求,提出了一种基于T-S模糊FTA的配药机器人关键过程可靠性评估方法,用模糊数来表示系统部件的失效可能性和失效状态,用T-S模糊门来描述部件之间的联系.首先,分析配药流程的串行特性,找出关键环节一药品加注过程,并对其工作原理进行描述.其次,对药品加注过程建立T-S模糊故障树,根据T-S模糊门规则,求得顶事件的失效可能性.最后,利用重心法求解各个部件在各个失效状态下对顶事件不同状态的T-S概率重要度;采用加权平均,得到部件的综合T-S概率重要度;针对顶事件失效贡献最大的部件,提出改进措施,以提高系统可靠性水平.

For the chemotherapy pharmacy robots, it is necessary to ensure its effectiveness and safety during operatior~ To meet the requirement, a method based on T-S fuzzy FTA is presented to assess the reliability of pharmacy robot system In the method, fuzzy number is used to describe the failure probability and failure status of the components, and the T-S gate is used to describe the failure principle. Firstly, considering the serial feature of dispensing process of the robot system, it is necessary to find out the key link that has an effect on the system reliability. The working principle of drug filling process is described~ Secondly, the T-S fuzzy fault tree model of drug filling process is built. Then, the failure possibility of the top event is calculated according to the fuzzy rule of T-S gate. At last, T-S probability importance of each component at each failure state for top event at each failure state is calculated by center of gravity method and synthesized T-S probability possibility is calculated by the method of weighted average. Acoording to the component which has the greatest impact on the failure possibility of top event, effective measures is put forward to improve system reliability.
