平衡汽车装配线能够提高企业生产效率、稳定产品质量、降低生产延迟;缩短装配线总作业时间可以提高汽车装配数量.根据单车型单边装配工艺要求,以最大工位持续时间最小和总作业时间最短为目标,建立了基于多层规划的多目标混合整数规划平衡调度模型,得到了平衡率最高且总作业时间最少的调度方案.通过分析模型的寻优思想,得到了一个快速、有效的装配线平衡调度模型.算例证明了该模型求解速度的高效性和所得调度方案的有效性.
Balancing automobile assembly line can improve production efficiency, stable product quality and reduce production delay; Shorten make-span can improve production quantities. Multi-objective mixed integer programming based on multi-layer programming is established to balance the single-model one-sided automobile assembly production line. The objectives are to minimize both the duration of the largest station and make-span, and to attain an optimal schedule with the highest balance level and the least make-span. An effective and efficient assembly line balancing scheduling model is established with the idea of systematical optimization. Finally, the experimental results show that the efficiency of the solver speed and the effectiveness of the scheduling program.
