目的分析小流域的水土保持综合治理费用与效益,为小流域水土保持项目国民经济可行性评价提供借鉴。方法以丹凤县陈家沟小流域为例,分析实施水土保持措施的综合治理费用以及所带来的经济、生态和社会效益。结果在陈家沟小流域实施水土保持措施得到的经济效益为3717.55万元,生态效益为13190.13万元,社会效益显著。结论小流域治理的国民经济评价表明,项目综合效益巨大,切实可行。应将生态效益纳入水土保持综合治理项目国民经济评价中。
英文摘要：
Aim To analyze the investment and benefit of the water and soil conservation treatment to provide reference in national economy evaluation for the feasibility of small water-soil conservation project. Methods Taking Chenjiagou Small Watershed of Danfeng County for Example,the analysis of water-soil conservation investment has been done. And the economical,ecological and social benefit of water-soil conservation investment was also been done. Results Water and soil conservation treatment of Chenjiagou Watershed,Danfeng County can control the water and soil loss effectively. The economical benefit is 37. 18 million yuan,and the ecological benefit is 131. 9 million yuan. Conclusion The national economy evaluation on water and soil conservation management of the small watershed showed that this project will bring huge benefits and it is feasible. Ecological benefit should bring into the national economy evaluation.
