英文摘要：

Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of antidepressant fraction of Xiaoyaosan,and to study the correlation between fingerprint peaks of Xiaoyaosan and its relevant herbs.Methods The chromatographic fingerprints of the effective fraction and the relevant fractions of its herbs were configured by HPLC/UV analysis.The correlation was evaluated with retention time as indices at the wavelength of 275 nm.Results The fingerprint of antidepressant fraction of Xiaoyaosan was successfully established and 27 common fingerprint peaks were indicated.Conclusion The fingerprint of antidepressant fraction of Xiaoyaosan is helpful to state pharmacodynamic material foundation.
