本研究提出了组织学习调整时滞的概念,以212个中国企业样本数据对环境动态性、探索式学习、利用式学习和组织绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究.研究结果表明:探索式学习或利用式学习对组织绩效具有正向影响;环境动态性对探索式学习或利用式学习与组织绩效间关系存在负向调节作用.最后,指出了本研究对管理理论与实践的启示.
It puts forward the notion of adjusting lag of organizational learning.Drawing on a sample of 212 Chinese enterprises,it examines the relationships among environmental dynamism,exploratory learning,exploitative learning and organizational performance.The result shows that exploratory learning or exploitative learning is positively associated with organizational performance;the environmental dynamism negatively moderates the relationship between exploratory learning or exploitative learning and organizational performance.Finally,it discusses the implications of the results to the management theory and practice.
