Raf激酶抑制蛋白(Raf kinase inhibitor protein,RKIP)属于磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白(phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein,PEBP)家族成员。RKIP能阻断MAPK信号传导通路,抑制Raf-1介导的MEK的活化。RKIP不仅能抑制肿瘤转移,还能增加肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,在维持基因组稳定性方面及细胞迁移中发挥了重要作用,因此RKIP成为肿瘤领域的一个新热点。本文就RKIP的功能及与肿瘤关系进行综述。
Raf kinase inhibitor protein(RKIP),is a member of phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein(PEBP) family.RKIP has been found to block the MAPK signal transduction pathway and suppress Raf-1-mediated MEK activation.RKIP not only inhibit tumor metastasis,but also increase the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic agents.It plays an important role in maintaining genome stability and cell migration.Therefore RKIP has been highlighted in cancer studies.We review its functions and the relationship with tumor in this article.
