本文通过摩擦模拟试验机和导热系数测量仪分析了纳米金刚石添加剂对润滑油抗磨减摩和传热性能的影响,并通过SEM和TEM方法对摩擦表面进行了形貌分析。同时在AVL柴油发动机试验台架上进行纳米金刚石润滑油的试验,考察其在发动机上的实际应用情况。结果表明,应用纳米金刚石润滑添加剂减少了发动机机械损失,强化了传热性能,降低了燃油消耗,提升了传统润滑油的整体性能。
The effects of nano-diamond additive on the performances of anti-wear, friction reduction and heat transfer of lubricant are analyzed with friction simulation tester and thermal conductivity meter, and a morpho- logical analysis is also conducted on friction surface by using SEM and TEM. Meanwhile nano-diamond lubricant is tested on an AVL diesel engine test bench to investigate its application situation on real engine. The results show that the use of nano-diamond additive reduce the mechanical loses, enhance the heat transfer performance and lower the fuel consumption of engine, and enhance the overall performance of traditional lubricant.
