以水溶采矿原理建设盐岩水平储库为工程背景,研究建造盐岩水平溶腔过程中流场的运动规律,通过量纲分析法推导相似准则,建立相似实验模型并搭建实验平台,采用染色法研究在改变套管间距、注水流量、盐水浓度、循环方式时腔内流场的变化情况,用相机记录在不同条件下水平溶腔中流场形态的分布情况。研究结果表明,管间距与注水流量的增大有助于加快造腔过程,浓度的增大会抑制造腔过程,由正循环变为反循环会加速腔体顶部的建造,抑制下部的建造。由实验结果还可以得到流体运移规律和流场区域分布的差异,进一步认识流场形态对溶腔建造的影响,为现场提供一些参考。
In this paper,based on the principle of water soluble mining in the construction of salt rock reservoir,the flow field in the process of salt rock horizontal cavity was studied.The similarity criterion was deduced by dimensional analysis,and the similar experimental model was established and the experimental platform was built.The variation of the flow field in the cavity of the horizontal solution was studied by using the method of staining,and the distribution of the flow field in the horizontal cavity was recorded under different conditions.The experimental results can also get the difference between the fluid migration law and the distribution of the flow field,and get further understanding of the influence of the flow field on the cavity construction and provide some reference for the field.
