以N,N'-二(邻羟亚苄基)-1,2邻苯二胺为配体合成一个新型双核Schiff base镉配合物1.通过红外、单晶衍射对其进行了结构表征.应用Kerby-Bauer纸片扩散法分别测试其对临床分离的不同多药耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、真菌的抗菌活性.通过微量稀释法测定合成配合物的最低抑菌浓度[minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)]、最低杀细菌浓度[minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)].抑菌试验结果表明,配合物1对临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌都有明显的抑菌效果,且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用较大肠埃希菌强.配合物1对临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值为15.625~62.5μg/m L,MBC值为31.25~125μg/m L;配合物1对对临床分离大肠埃希菌的MIC值为31.25~62.5μg/m L,MBC值为62.5~125μg/m L.
A new dinuclear cadmium Schiff Base complex 1 has been synthesized by the reaction of N, N'- Bis- salicylidene-1, 2 phenylendiamine and cadmium acetate.The structure characterization of complex 1 was determined by X-ray crystal diffraction and IR.The clinical different resistant strains of antimicrobial activity were tested against staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli by plate methods, respectively.The minimum inhibitory con- centration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined by serial dilution with a standard broth mierodilution method. The results indicated that complex 1 showed significant activity against strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, moreover bacteriostatie effect against Staphylococcus aureus than Escherichia coli.The MIC values of 1 to S. aureusare are 15.625 to 15.625μg/mL and MBC values are 31.25 to 125μg/mL;while the MIC and MBC values to E. coli are 31.25 to 31.25μg/mL and 62.5 to 125 Ixg/mL.
