针对硬岩掘进装备(Tunnel Boring Machine,TBM)作业地质条件变参数的特点,采用区间不确定理论来描述地层参数的不确定性.在此基础上,根据混合地层硬软岩的混合比例和地层分界面的倾斜角度分4种典型地质条件研究TBM的动态特性.通过对刀盘在掘进过程的受力分析,结合动力学模型,选取直线掘进和曲线掘进下的速度和角速度特性作为评价指标,最终评价TBM在复合地层中不确定参数条件下的动态特性.结果表明,随着地层中软岩比例的增加和地层分界面由竖直变为水平,TBM的动态特性变差.评价结果与TBM实际作业时情况相符,验证了该指标的可靠性和适用性.
In this paper,the interval uncertainty theory was used to describe the uncertainty geological parameters according to layer characteristics.Four typical geological conditions were taken into consideration to investigate the tunnel boring machine(TBM)dynamic characteristics according to the proportion of soft rock and hard rock and the dip angle of layer interface.Combining the dynamic model,the velocity and angular velocity were chosen under line tunneling and curve tunneling as evaluation criteria to evaluate the dynamic characteristic of TBM under compound state of uncertain parameters.The results show that the TBM dynamics worsens with the increasing of soft rock and the layer interface changes from vertical to horizontal.The evaluation agrees well with the actual situation of TBM,which verifies the reliability and applicability of this evaluation criteria.
