Mining the clinical pathway management modes of ＆quot;human-computer interaction＆quot; from the massive healthcare data have been proved to be possible with the development of Internet information technology.By combining the development characteristics of the Internet healthcare and the big data environment of medical health, we construct a novel clinical pathway management mode with meta decision-making based on the traditional clinical pathway.The authors elaborated the discovery process of clinical pathway management mode with meta decision-making, the implementation process of clinical pathway management mode based on doctor-patient shared decision-making, the superiority and applicability of clinical pathway based on Meta decision-making, and the game relationship in the decision-making process, which is expected to promote the related research exploration and practical development, and accelerate the in-depth reform of medical industry.
