The properties of CNTs are introduced briefly. According to dry methods and solution methods, the preparation techniques of CNT-TCFs are reviewed in detail. Meanwhile the advantages and shortages of those me- thods are analyzed. At last, the future prospect and challenge of CNT-TCFs are predicted.
