根据岩体的多因素性和非线性等特点,提出围岩和充填体能量释放率RER、地表平均沉降率RSD、采场围岩平均收敛率RDC和采场围岩与充填体的平均屈服率RAF这4个评价指标;针对金川矿区,选取13个因素3个参数水平的共27个方案,采用FLAC2D软件进行采矿设计和围岩稳定性的数值分析,并分别给出了RER,RSD,RDC和RAF这4个指标的平均值、极差和影响因子;对这4个指标的影响因子等数据进行逐一分析,并分别对评选出的最佳方案和最劣方案的影响因素对采场的稳定性和失稳机理进行分析。研究结果表明:无论是采取何种评价指标,评选出的最佳方案和最劣方案并不完全相同,但各个方案的主要控制性影响因素基本是一致的;采用这4个指标对充填采场进行优化设计和综合评价具有重要的工程意义。
According to multivariate and nonlinear characteristics of rock mass,four indexes of energy releasing rate(RER),surface displacement rate(RSD),displacement convergence rate(RDC) and averaging failure ratio(RAF) were put forward and defined.Aiming at Jinchuan Mine,twenty-seven projects of thirteen factors and three parameter levels were selected,and the software of FLAC2D was used to make optimization design and numerically analyze.Average values,ranges and impact factors of RER,RSD,RDC and RAF were respectively given.The optimum project and the worst project were chosen through the four indexes,and impact factors of the stability of these projects action to stope were analyzed.The results show that although the optimum projects and the worst projects chose are not completely the same while using different evaluation indexes,main control influencing factors are basically identical.It has important engineering significance,when the four indexes are applied to optimization design and comprehensive evaluation on filling stope,and they play a very important role in the optimization application research of stope.
