本文首先提出一种新型的基于高速开关阀的可变气门驱动系统,详细介绍该系统的结构和工作原理。其次,为了研究该系统的动态特性,建立该系统的动态数学模型。通过AMESim的动态仿真,分析关键结构因素对该系统动态特性的影响规律,表明新型可变气门系统可用于4000r/m发动机气门的驱动。最后,提出了有效改善该系统动态特性优化措施,通过改善该气门驱动技术,其将可用于6000r/m汽车发动机气门驱动。
In this paper, a novel variable valve actuation system which is based on a special high-speed on/off valve is presented and the structure and working principle of the system are described. Secondly, in order to explore the dynamic characteristic of the system, the dynamic mathematical model of the system is derived. From the analysis of linearized model and dynamic simulation. Some structure factors, which affect the system's dynamic characteristics, such as pulse width, the load force of return spring and system pressure, are studied by using AMESim. The results show that the novel variable valve system is used for 4000r/m engine valve event optimization. Finally, the optimized measures to improve dynamic response effectively are presented in the article.The variable valve system can be used for 6000r/m engine valve event by improving the system.
