为探索肝素钠对兔颈总动脉损伤后凝血功能的影响,选取雄性新西兰大白兔24只,随机分为空白组和高、中、低三个剂量(1 125、750、375IU/kg)肝素钠组,每组6只。钳夹挤压损伤兔颈总动脉,术后分别肌肉注射不同剂量肝素钠。术后1、3、5、7、9d耳缘静脉采血,分别检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)等凝血参数的变化。结果表明,低剂量肝素钠能纠正血液的高凝状态,而高剂量肝素钠可导致出血倾向。
To explore the effects of heparin sodium on blood coagulation after carotid artery injury in rabbit,24 male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly dividedin to 4 groups: control,high,medium and low dosages(1 125,750,375 IU/kg),respectively.Blood vessels were injured by squeezing carotid arteries using two pieces of steel slide.Different dosages of heparin sodium was injected post-operation.Coagulation parameters such as prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB) were detected 1,3,5,7,9d after heparin sodium administration.Results indicated that low-dose of heparin sodium could retrieve blood hypercoagulable state,while high-dose of heparin sodium had a bleeding tendency.
