目的 研究阴道假丝酵母菌对克霉唑、凯妮汀阴道片、制霉菌素和米可定阴道片的体外药物敏感性.方法 参考CLSI抗真菌药敏实验标准(M27-A方案)以微量平板法检测192株阴道假丝酵母菌对上述药物的敏感性,其中白假丝酵母菌125珠,非白假丝酵母菌67株.所有菌株均来自我院门诊假丝酵母菌性阴道炎患者.结果 对于白假丝酵母菌,米可定的MIC值明显低于制霉菌素(P〈0.0001),对于非白假丝酵母菌,凯妮汀、米可定的MIC值均显著低于相应的标准粉克霉唑和制霉菌素(P〈0.0001);非白假丝酵母菌对克霉唑的敏感性较差.结论 直接以成药制剂进行假丝酵母菌体外药敏实验具有一定的可行性,成药制剂与标准粉的药敏结果可能存在差异.
Objective To evaluate the susceptibility of Vaginal Candida to Clotrimazole, clotriinazole vaginal tablet, nystatin and mycostatin vaginal tablet in vitro. Methods 192 Vaginal Candidas were collected from outpatients, including 125 Candida albicans and 67 non Candida albicans. Antifungal susceptibility was assessed using a broth microdilution method following the clinical and laboratory standards institute (CLSI) M27-A guidelines. Results Far Candida albicans, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of mycosta- tin vaginal tablet was significantly lower than those of nystatin( P〈0. 0001 ). For non Candida albicans, the MIC of clotrimazole v and mycostatin vaginal tablets was significantly lower than those of clotrimazole and nystatin standard powder ( P〈 0. 0001 ). Conclusions The susceptibility test of Vaginal Candida to drugs in vitro have practicabilty.
