This article discussed relevant problems about Przewalski＇s gazelle＇s conservation from the perspective of herdsman. By means of clustering method of Multivariate statistics analysis, herdsmen are divided into three groups according to the income of household. Some indexes which affect the Przewalski＇s gazelle＇s conservation are chosen to cluster the herdsmen samples and a de~ tailed comparative analysis on every income group is made. And on the basis of the specific geographical location and the author＇s understanding for the local area, the relationship of the different herdsman groups and Przewalski＇s gazelle conservation is analyzed. Moreover a number of protective measures are put forward correspondingly.
