大学生进行社会兼职对就业率的提高,已经得到许多学者的证实。目前,对大学生社会兼职的研究多是从学生个体或管理层面进行。文章从社会网络分析法中的整体社会网络视角入手,对大学生社会兼职现象进行了较深入探索,旨在为大学生的社会兼职研究提供新的思路和方法。研究表明,大学生的社会网络对其从事社会兼职认知有着较大的影响,对社会兼职的顺利进行起到良好的促进作用。
英文摘要：
It has been confirmed by many scholars that part-time jobs of college students will help increase the employment rates. So far,most of the researches on social part-time jobs of college students have been carried out from the prospects of individual students or management level. In this paper,the phenomenon of college students＇ social network has been explored further through the overall social network of the social network analysis to provide new thoughts and methods for the researches of the college students＇ social part-time jobs. The research shows that the college students＇ social network has great influences on the cognition of their part-time jobs which will promote the students＇ social part-time jobs smoothly.
