高强度聚焦超声作为一种非侵入性、无毒副作用的肿瘤治疗手段,目前已应用于乳腺癌、子宫肌瘤等的临床治疗。但对无创经颅高强度聚焦超声脑肿瘤治疗而言,由于颅骨的非均质结构及其声学特性导致经颅超声的相位和幅值失真,引发颅内散焦、焦点偏移和颅骨周围正常组织损伤等临床问题的发生。近年来随着经颅超声相控换能器及其控制技术的发展,高强度聚焦超声经颅脑肿瘤治疗成为可能。本文就近年来经颅脑肿瘤HIFU治疗的相关技术进行综述。
As a non-invasive technique with non-toxic side effects, high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) has been used in clinic treatment which includes breast cancer, uterine fibroids. However, as for non-invasive transcranial treatment of brain tumors, the phase and amplitude distortion of transcranial ultrasound which caused by the heterogeneous nature and acoustic characteristics of the skull lead to defocus and distort and shift the intracranial acoustic focus as well as heating at the patient's skull and surrounding normal tissue. In recent years, phased array transducer and its control technology have made great process, which makes it possible high intensity focused ultrasound transcranial brain tumors treatment. This review focuses on recently HIFU treatment technology about transcranial brain tumor.
