传统阶比分析必须在获得参考转速的前提下才能进行,这就使得某些不便安装转速计的情况无法应用阶比分析。而且对于已经采集得到的信号,也会因为缺少转速信号而无法进行阶比分析。为了解决这一问题,结合瞬时频率估计理论和离散频谱校正方法中的能量重心法,提出一种无须转速测量的阶比跟踪分析算法。这种方法利用能量重心法进行瞬时频率和幅值校正,可在精确提取参考转速的同时,一次提取出分析各阶次的幅值;算法简单,计算量相对较小,频率分辨率能自适应地变化,且分析精度受频率分辨率的影响较小;而且简化测试设备,降低测试成本。仿真和试验结果表明该方法的有效性和实用性,将进一步扩大阶比跟踪分析的应用范围。
Conventional order analysis only can be applied on condition that the reference rotating speed is known, which limits its practical application if a tachometer installation is inconvenient. Further more, conventional order analysis also cannot be applied if the signal obtained is lack of rotating speed signal. In order to solve the problem mentioned above, a new order tracking analysis method without measuring the rotating speed is proposed, which is based on the instantaneous frequency estimation theory and energy centrobaric correction method. The proposed method can synchronously extract the reference speed and the amplitude of each order respectively. Moreover, the algorithm is simple to implement and easy to calculate, and the self-adaptive frequency resolution has little influence on the analysis precision of this method. Furthermore, the test equipment is simplified and the test cost is also reduced. Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed method is effective and practical, so the application range of order analysis will be extended.
