目的探讨梅毒患者的临床特点、合并其他性病情况、人口学特征、性伴数与安全套使用情况，为梅毒的综合防治提供依据。方法对近5年综合医院皮肤性病门诊梅毒患者进行流行病学特征研究。结果TPPA和TRUST均阳性梅毒患者共1755例，92．36％为潜伏梅毒；HIV感染率为0．97％，生殖器疱疹感染率为5．30％；男女之比0．66：1；年龄16～86岁，16～39岁年龄段占69．91％；各文化层次、各行各业均有分布，初中及以下占54．49％，32．65％为无业人员；98．75％为异性性传播；53．28％患者以体检为首要就诊原因；88．55％患者从未使用安全套，6．38％患者偶尔使用安全套；未婚者性伴数越多使用安全套的比例越低，已彤离异／丧偶者性伴数越少使用安全套的频率越低。结论梅毒患者以潜伏梅毒为主，HIV及生殖器疱疹感染率高，普遍存在多性伴数、安全套使用率低；青中年、低文化程度和低经济收入群体是梅毒高发人群；性健康教育仍然不容忽视。

Objective To investigate the clinical features, complicated with other sexually transmitted diseases, demo- graphic characteristics,number of sexual partners and condom use in syphilis patients, providing a rationale for developing comprehensive approaches for the preventing and treating syphilis. Methods The epidemio- logical characteristics were analyzed in syphilis patients at dermatology and venereology clinic in general hos- pital over the last 5 years. Results A total of 1 755 cases were positive for both TPPA and TRUST. The 92. 36% of the patients were latent syphilis. The infection rates of syphilis with HIV, and syphilis with genital herpes were 0. 97% and 5.30% ,respectively. Patients were aged 16 to 86 years old,with a male to female ratio of 0. 66： 1. The 69. 91% of patients were 16 to 39 years old. The 54.49% of patients had education level of middle school or lower. The unemployment patients accounted for 32. 65%. The 98.75% of the pa- tients were heterosexual transmission. In 53.28% of the patients, the first visit was for physical examina- tion. The 88. 55% of the patients never use condoms and 6. 38% with occasional use of condoms. In unmar- ried group, the more sexual partners they had, the fewer condoms they used. In contrast, in married/divorced/ widowed group, the fewer sexual partners they had, the fewer condoms they used. Conclusion Syphilis pa- tients were mainly latent syphilis. Infection rates of HIV and genital herpes in syphilis patients were high. Multiple sexual partners and use of fewer condoms were common. Sexual health education should be giv- en to young adult,low educational level and low-income populations who have a high risk of syphilis.
