目的探讨脑卒中高危人群FBG/HDL-C比值与代谢综合征(MetS)的相关性。方法检测405例脑卒中高危人群的血糖、血脂等相关指标,计算FBG/HDL-C比值,分析FBG/HDL-C比值与MetS的相关性。结果根据FBG/HDL-C比值,405例患者分为Ⅰ组(〈3.92)、Ⅱ组(3.92-4.77)和Ⅲ组(〉4.77),每组135例。三组BMI、FBG、HDL-C和MetS患病率差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。ROC曲线分析,FBG/HDL-C比值诊断脑卒中高危人群MetS的ROC曲线下面积为0.805[95%CI(0.763-0.843),P〈0.01],取FBG/HDL-C比值4.406为最佳诊断界值,其诊断脑卒中高危人群MetS的灵敏度为83.9%,特异度为70.5%。结论脑卒中高危人群FBG/HDL-C比值与MetS诊断相关。FBG/HDL-C比值有望成为脑卒中高危人群MetS的诊断指标之一。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the ratio of fasting blood glucose to high density lipoprotein cholesterol(FBG/HDL-C ratio)and metabolic syndrome(MetS)in the people at high risk of stroke.Methods The indicators related to blood glucose and lipids were detected in 405 cases at high risk of stroke.FBG/HDL-C ratio was calculated.The correlation between FBG/HDL-C ratio and MetS was analyzed.Results According to the FBG/HDL-C ratio,405 cases at high risk of stroke were divided into three groups of A(〈3.92),B(3.92-4.77)and C(〉4.77)with 135 cases each.The differences in body mass index(BMI),FBG,HDL-C,and the morbidity of MetS were significant among three groups(P〈0.05). The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve for FBG/HDL-C ratio to diagnose MetS was 0.805[95%CI(0.763-0.843),P〈0.01],taking 4.406 as a cutoff value,the sensitivity and specificity for FBG/HDL-C ratio to diagnose MetS were 83.9% and 70.5%,respectively.Conclusion FBG/HDL-C ratio is correlated to MetS in the people at high risk of stroke and hopefully becomes one of the indicators in the diagnosis of MetS.
