针对敏捷制造环境提出了基于虚拟生产系统的制造资源组织模式。探讨了基于虚拟生产系统的资源组织模式的理论思想,说明了虚拟生产系统对制造资源的处理方法,给出了基于虚拟生产系统的制造资源组织架构;分析了构建虚拟生产系统的一般方法和资源确定原则,并着重阐述基于产品和车间信息的虚拟生产系统的构建算法。作为案例研究,讨论了运用虚拟生产系统方法在半导体封装制造系统中进行生产组织的应用过程。
A new resource organization mode suiting AM manufacturing environment named Virtual Production Systems (VPSs) was proposed. As the core, the theory of VPSs based resource organi zation mode was explored, And after discussion of how to manage the resources, the whole framework of this resource mode was given out. A general method of building a VPSs according to the order and shop floor's information was anatomized, so does the principle of choosing resources from each functional cell. Especially, the building algorithm of VPSs was described thoroughly. To visualize VPSs method,a case study of aggregating some resources from a semiconductor packaging system to meet with an electronic order was researched. In the end, some values and future research fields were mapped roughly.
