以时间敏感性产品供应链网络为研究对象,通过时间函数和损失率表示时间敏感性产品随着时间变化的特征,在集中考虑多方共赢,供需成本优化,供需价格竞争和产品流量不守恒问题的基础上,构建了包括时间敏感性产品生产商、零售商和需求市场的三层时间敏感性产品供应链超网络均衡模型;通过变分不等式表示时间敏感性产品供应链超网络的均衡解,并采用修正投影算法来求解,通过数值算例验证方法的可靠性和合理性,解释了某个厂商在非最优决策时其他厂商的最优决策及趋近均衡点的过程,并比较了个体优化和全局优化下的结果。
This paper focuses on supply chain network for time sensitive products and develops a threelayer supply chain network equilibrium model by using time function and loss rate to express the characteristics of time sensitive products.This model includes three types of nodes:time sensitive products manufacturers,time sensitive products retailers and demand markets based on all-win,the supplier and buyer cost optimization,the competition between supply and demand,product flow violation issue.The variational inequalities are used to express the equilibrium solution of supply chain supernetwork for time sensitive products.The modified projection algorithm is used to solve variational inequalities,and a numerical example is used to demonstrate this model is reliable and feasible.The other manufacturers' optimal decisions are described when one manufacturer selects a non-optimal decision.The solutions under use-optimization and system-optimization and sensitivity analysis are compared using the example.
