本文利用高效液相色谱与电喷雾质谱联用技术分离并检测了防风中一种新色原酮类化合物。在电喷雾质谱正离子模式下,获得了化合物的[M+H]+分子离子峰,由此确定该化合物的分子量;利用多级串联质谱技术对这种色原酮成分的化合物结构进行了推断和确认。实验结果表明液质联用技术可以快速分析、鉴定中药提取物中的未知成分。
The present (LC-ESI-MS) method for ion, the molecular weight, found to be a very specific work describes a liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry identification of a new chromone in plant extract from Saposhnikovia divaricata. The [M+H]+ and the characteristic LC-ESI-MS fragmentation pattern of the chromone was discussed, and and useful tool for the structural identification of chromone from S. divaricata.
