目的从学缘结构视角下给出优化我国教学医院导师队伍建设的可行性建议,以提高我国医学研究生的教育质量。方法通过对黑龙江省某医科大学4家教学医院研究生导师学缘结构现状进行描述性研究,并结合国内外相关文献进行分析,从而得出学缘结构视角下我国临床医学院研究生导师建设存在的问题及解决方案。结果不仅黑龙江省某医科大学4家教学医院研究生导师队伍学缘结构存在不合理现象,在我国大多数教学医院研究生导师均存在学缘结构“近亲繁殖”现象。结论我国教学医院研究生导师队伍建设中存在不合理现象,应在学缘结构视角下,通过加强政府责任、完善医院相关管理制度、加强导师教学及医德医风,以不断优化研究生导师队伍建设。
Objective This paper gives the feasible suggestions to optimize the construction of instructors in teaching hospitals in China from the perspective of academic margin structure so as to improve the quality of education of medical postgraduates in China. Methods Through the descriptive study on the status quo of the graduate tutor of four teaching hospitals in Heilongjiang Province, and the related literatures at home and abroad, it was analyzed the exist problems and solutions in the construction of postgraduates in China' s clinical medical field from the perspective of academic margin structure. Results Not only unreasonable phenomenon in the academic structure of the four postgraduates in a medical college in Heilongjiang Province, but also a phenomenon of "inbreeding" in the majority of teaching hospitals in China. Conclusions There are unreasonable phenomena in the construction of postgraduates' tutor in most clinical teaching hospitals in our country. We should continue to optimize the clinical teaching system by strengthening government responsibility, perfect hospital management system, strengthening instructor teaching and medical ethics, etc.
