采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了阴离子聚酰胺6(APA6)树脂与连续玻璃纤维增强APA6(GF/APA6)复合材料的非等温结晶行为。运用Avrami方程、Ozawa方程和Mo方程分析了APA6树脂和GF/APA6复合材料的非等温结晶动力学参数。结果表明,Avrami方程和Mo方程能较好地描述APA6树脂和GF/APA6复合材料的结晶过程。玻璃纤维以及其表面的上浆剂使得GF/APA6复合材料中APA6树脂的结晶度和结晶速率降低。
The non-isothermal crystallization behaviors of anionic polyamide 6 (APA6) resin and continuous glass fiber reinforced APA6 (GF/APA6) composite were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Avrami equation, Ozawa equation and Mo equation were used for determining the non-isothermal crystallization kinetic para- meters of APA6 resin and GF/APA6 composite. The results showed that Avrami equation and Mo equation can de- scribe the non-isothermal crystallization process of both APA6 resin and GF/APA6 composite better. Both the degree of crystallization and the rate of crystallization of APA6 resin of GF/APA6 composite decrease because of the existing of glass fiber and its surface sizing agent.
