输电线路覆冰已成为危害线路安全稳定运行的重要因素,对线路覆冰厚度进行实时检测能有效地预防严重覆冰灾害。首先通过图像预处理、图像分割、形态学处理、边缘检测等步骤识别出输电导线的边缘,然后通过Hou曲变换进行直线检测,提取出边缘直线,最后利用图像像素与导线实际直径的比例求出覆冰厚度。结果表明,该方法识别出来的覆冰厚度与实际测量值误差极小,对输电线路防冰除冰有重要意义。
Icing has become an important factor to endanger the safe and stable operation of transmission line, and the real-time detection of icing thickness can effectively prevent the serious icing disaster. Firstly identify the transmission line edge through image preprocessing, image segmentation, morphological processing, edge detection and other steps, and then extract the edge line through the Hough transform line detection, finally calculate the ice thickness using the image pixels and the actual wire diameter ratio. Tile results show that the error between the detected ice thickness and actual measurement is small, and the method is of great significance in ice prevention and removal.
