针对许多大型设备排气噪声的环境污染问题,提出了一种基于免疫应答机制的噪声智能控制方法(NIC),并设计了一种调频噪声智能控制系统。该NIC具有自学习、记忆和进化能力,能够在消除主频噪声的过程中自动生成控制抗体。当控制器初次运行时,使调频管移动一个全行程,找出消声最佳点,然后通过定位控制,使频率调节管移动到对应位置,并形成第一个控制抗体。当主频噪声再次出现时,智能控制系统能够利用控制抗体存储的控制策略,迅速稳定地消除主频噪声。通过和最佳噪声消除的实验数据对比,表明NIC能够快速稳定地消除主频噪声,具有良好的控制效果。
For the environmental noise pollution arose from the exhaust of some large equipment, a novel noise intelligent control method (NIC) based on the mechanism of immune response is presented, and a frequency -adjustable intelligent noise control system is designed. The NIC has the ability of self - learning, memory and evolution. When the controller is taken into effect, the frequency adjusting tube is firstly moved a full scale, then the point where the noise is best eliminated is found. Furthermore, the frequency adjusting tube is moved to the best point via localizing control method, and the first control antibody is formed. When the noise peak appears again, the NIC can eliminate it rapidly and stably by using the stored control antibody strategy. Compared with the best experimental result, the NIC has quick adjusting ability and satisfactory control effectiveness.
