目的 了解临床护士感知患者参与患者安全及困难现状,为构建患者理性参与模式提供参考。方法 对701名在职护士采用“临床护士对患者参与患者安全现状及困难认知问卷”进行调查分析。结果 护士感知患者参与患者安全现状均分为3.65±0.57,其中患者决策性参与得分3.88±0.63、照护性参与3.61±0.64、诉求性参与3.29±0.85,3个方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);护士感知的患者参与患者安全现存困难得分3.85±0.56,其中媒体报道造成公众对医方的不信任及误解得分4.35±0.82,排15个条目之首;单因素分析,不同年龄、工作年限、学历、职称及职务护士感知患者参与方全现状的得分存在统计学差异(均P〈0.01)。结论 护士感知到患者在一定程度上参与患者安全,参与度因内容而异;媒体报道一定程度上影响患者参与患者安全。护士应加强与患者的沟通互动,指导患者理性参与患者安全。
Objective To investigate clinical nurses' perceived patient involvement in patient safety and its barriers, and to guide the development of strategies for promoting patient rational involvement. Methods A total of 701 nurses were investigated using the questionnaire of nurses' perceived patient involvement in patient safety. Results The mean score of nurses' perceived patient involvement in patient safety was 3.65±0.57, the average score of decisive involvement was 3.88±0.63, caring involvement was 3.61±0. 64, complaining involvement was 3. 29±0.85, and there appeared significant differences among the mean scores of the three aspects (P〈0.01). The mean scare of nurses' perceived barriers of patient involvement was 3.85±0.56, the score of public distrust and misunderstanding to medical staff resulting from media coverage was 4.35 ±0.82, which ranked the highest within the 15 items. The univariate analysis showed that, the scores for nurses with different age, working years, educational background, professional title and position were significantly different (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion In nurses, opinion, patients involve in patient safety to some extent, while the average of involvement vary according to the contents, and media coverage impacts patients's involvement in some degree. Thus, nurses should strengthen interaction with patients to guide them participate in patient safety rationally.
