提出了用于型综合和尺度综合的行星轮系机构分析与综合方法。采用拓扑变换解决由轮系拓扑图与实际轮系机构的转换问题,根据齿轮、系杆、转轴变换以及辅助构件的特殊变换,论述了基于信号流图和拓扑图的行星轮系运动学和动力学分析方法,讨论了行星轮系的循环功率产生条件。
Planetary gear train mechanism anal- ysis and synthesis method is proposed for the type and dimension synthesis. The topological transformation is used to convert the topology diagram into actual gear train system. The transformation of gear, tied, shaft as well as special auxiliary member changes is proposed. The kinematics and dynamics analysis methods of planetary gear trains are presented based on topology diagram and signal flow diagram and the generation condition of cycle power for planetary gear trains is also discussed.
