在550~850℃内(温度间隔50℃),应变速率0.1、1.0、10 s-1时使用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对硼钢B1500HS试样进行了等温单向拉伸试验,并用试验得到的真应力-真应变数据研究Arrhenius方程,引入Zener-Hollomon参数建立流动应力模型。结果表明该模型的计算结果与试验数据吻合度较好。
Isothermal uniaxial tensile tests of boron steel B 1500HS were performed at deformation temperature of 550℃ to 850℃ with the interval of 50℃, strain rate of 0.1, 1.0 and 10 s-1 by thermo-mechanical simulator Gleeble-1500D. The experimental stress-strain data from isothermal uniaxial tensile tests were employed to develop Arrhenius equation and Zener-Hollomon parameter was introduced to establish flow stress model. The results show that the calculation result using the model is consistent with the experimental data.
