This article firstly explores the mutual relationship of visual thinking and the construction of ur- ban landscape. Then the article analyzes the comprehensive effect of the observer＇ s influence. This article also thought the Shenyang city landscape construction integrating with the history-culture and architectural features in different areas in Shenyang city. This article puts forward dividing different landscape construc- tion areas and keeping the history context of the city, with combining with city history and culture develop- ment characteristics.
