Choosing the appropriate estimate method of the unit price of manual man day is an important issue troubling construction project valuation. Taking Tianjin, railway engineering, and water conservation project for examples, this paper respectively carries out case study and comprehensive analysis of the basic principle, characteristics, application scope of three typical estimate methods, and summarizes the reference of estimate methods of unit price of manual man day.
