运用数据包络分析方法对中国旅行社业的生产效率进行了测度和评价,并采用灰色关联方法分析了影响旅行社业生产效率的因素。研究表明：近十年旅行社业全要素生产率呈现上升态势,但行业处于轻度规模不经济状态;东部地区旅行社业的技术效率高于中部和西部地区;各省区A级景区密度、非国有经济的发展和产品市场的发育程度对旅行社业技术效率的影响较大,其结论可为有效提升区域旅行社业的生产效率提供一定理论参考。
英文摘要：
By using the data envelopment analysis（DEA） and gray correlation analysis（ GCA）, this paper evaluated the efficiency characteristic of travel agency industry in China, and analyzed the factors affecting efficiency. Some conclusion could be drawn as fo｜lowing：0）The total factor productivity （TFP） growth rate of travel agency industry from 2001 to 2009 showed a rising trend, but the total investment was in a state of mild diseconomy. （2）The technical efficiency varied markedly in different provinces, the technical efficiency of the east was higher than the central and the west of China. （3）The density of a grade scenic area, the development of non- state - owned economy and the product market development had significant effect on the technical efficiency of travel agency industry. The results could give some implications for enhancing the production efficiency of travel agency industry in different provinces.
