In this paper, firstly analysis the basic situation, faced situation, development trends of the China＇s current beef cattle breeding industry. Then elaborate the existing problems, beef cow development assistant is insufficient, production development mode is backward, loan finance is difficulties, the regulato ry mechanisms of market inadequate. On this basis, related proposals： increase policy support for beef cow breeding, change the production development mode of beef cattle, strengthen the financial support for beef cattle breeding, perfectly the regulatory mechanism of market.
